Here's what I finalized on for jetting, had to share with you people as you've been a big help to me,Thax! 87',28k miles,starts well,runs great,no backfires or hicups, I live in San Diego,CA(sea level)
1) main jet 155
2) Pilot jet 55
3) SplitFire plug, SF614c @ .035 or 0.9mm
4) Air screw out 1 full turn
5) Carb float level stock
6) K&N Air Filter (very nice)
7) White Spacer removed
8) Jardine muffler
9) Mobil 1, 10/40 in trany and running 90 octane gas
10) new clutch plates
This fantastic little tiger pulls honest wheelies in the street and does'nt backfire. I've been working on it for 9 mon since I pulled it's dead carcas out of a local junkyard last Oct. It runs now! Iam very impressed with the bikes handling and SOUND! This fun of a bike would never have happened without two things, the info on this site and the Clymer manual M384.
